Our fees are straight-forward. If you have all the documents we require to fully assess your case then we will have no reason to charge more than a nominal audit fee of £149. This fee covers the time and expertise it takes to professionally audit your mortgage, plus any administration charges we may incur for approaching your mortgage lender.

Should we uncover you have a valid claim we will accept your case without any further charge until successful completion of your claim. The audit fee is not refundable.

Our profit comes entirely from successful completions only. At this time we would request between 19% and 25% of the total payout depending upon the type and complexity of the case. These fees will be clearly outlined to you before we undertake any work.

As an example, should we charge you 19% for your successful claim and the payout to you is £10,000, we would charge fees of £1,900.

Mortgage Claims UK conducts in-house audits and claims. However, we may from time to time use authorised and accredited third party providers when processing your claim.
